2021 Quilty Pleasures at Quiltville Inn Retreat 

Session 3
Thursday, April 15 – Sunday, April 18

I Just Wanna Sew! UFOs and Advanced Techniques

This session is geared toward the quilter who is focused on making progress on their own projects or UFOs. Optional activities include Needle Turn Applique session, a mystery quilt (different than the mystery offered in Session 2) designed for the confident beginner to the more experienced quilter, the use of four of our favorite Creative Grids basic tools, and more. Judy Mikilitus, YVQ’s Needle Turn Applique Queen, will be leading that session. During the course of the retreat, most mystery quilt participants will be able to complete the quilt top.

Additional Retreat Details

All sessions include all meals along with 4 days and 3 nights of Quilty Pleasures.

Lorene Fleming and Annette Rogers are planning several quick and fun project options, and there will be ample time to work on projects of your choosing. In other words — this is all about YOU and what you want to accomplish during your stay at Quiltville! Work on your own project, create one (or more) of the optional projects, socialize with your friends, or spend time exploring outside.

Cost for the retreat is $425 and includes lodging, all meals and snacks, assistance with projects, retreat keepsake goodie bag, and plenty of time to quilt over the course of 4 days and 3 nights!  

We are still working out some of the details (specific projects and optional activities, kit availability, etc.) and will send out additional information to registered participants as we near retreat time.

The venue is Quiltville Inn in Mouth of Wilson, VA.
